What is store credit and how do I use it?
- Store credit issued is available as a payment method only here at Game It Gear and is not accepted on other sales channels. Store credit nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. For example, customers can’t use store credit on the Shop app.

Customers don’t receive notifications when store credits are issued to their account. If the product offers a store credit based on purchase, please allow up to 48 hours after the purchase to see the balance in your account. If the balance is not showing by that time, please contact us for resolution.
- Customers must apply the full store credit amount at checkout; they cannot choose to apply only a portion of their balance. If the order value is less than the available credit, the remaining balance stays in the customer’s account. Sorry, this is systematic.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. Any amount of store credit issued for the purchase will be revoked if available or deducted from the refundable amount.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and sale items. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Can I exchange an item?
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you receive the correct product in a timely manner.
